Return & Cancellation Policy

Bhartiya Bahuuddeshiya Khadi Va Gramodyog Shikshan Sanstha (BBKGSS) values the support of its donors, partners, and stakeholders. This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and returns (where applicable).

1. Donations

• All donations made to BBKGSS are voluntary contributions towards social development initiatives.
• Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are utilized for ongoing projects and programs.

2. Cancellation of Donations

• If a donation has been made in error, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone with transaction details.
• Requests made after the specified time may not be eligible for cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
• Unauthorized payment

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

4. Event Registrations / Program Fees (If Applicable)

• For paid events, training programs, or workshops organized by BBKGSS:
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 3–5 days prior to the event
• Partial refunds may be applicable depending on administrative costs
• No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows

5. Returns (If Any Physical Materials Are Provided)

• If any physical materials, kits, or documents are issued:
• Returns may be accepted only in case of damage or incorrect delivery
• Requests must be raised within 3 days of receipt
• Items must be unused and in original condition

6. Processing of Requests

To request a cancellation or refund, please provide:

• Full name
• Transaction ID / payment proof
• Date of transaction
• Reason for request
